Arizona Legislature passes through law allowing business to refuse service to gays
If Governor Brewer signs this legislation is it State sanctioned discrimination or protection of religious freedom. Can this possibly pass constitutional muster?
YES, I LOVE IT! Religion comes 1st! A business has every right to decide who they will give service to. NOBODY should be able to tell a business who they can and can’t serve in the fucking United States of America!!!!!!!
Check your sins at the door. Why to self professed Christians cherry-pick the sinners they do business with? I don’t think God, the one true Christian God, discriminates like that, (lying, cheating, stealing, killing…sin is sin) but supporters of this effort put a severity level on the gay thing so that AZ folks can deny service to gay people, but its service with a smile to the tax collector.

homosexuality use to be considered a crime and a disease legally…right up util 1976. sodamy is still against the law.
No law is needed. You can refuse service for any reason at all, just don’t say why. All you have to say is get the fuck out.
